Olivia Ricks was born on January 30, 2009, at 5:32 a.m.
She weighed in at 6 lbs. 2 oz. and was 19 inches in length.
Andrea's labor story is an amazing one--but one that will have to wait for another day. Tonight, I'm just going to post pictures of the new miracle in our family, Olivia.

Olivia's dad held her a lot as the doctors and nurses attended to her mom.
She's really got some great color to her. And doesn't she look good surrounded with pink?
Her first little shirt was put on right after the eye drop procedure thing.
And then she was swaddled and almost immediately fell asleep.
Later, she went to a warmer. She is in her favorite position here--all spread out. Surprisingly, she hasn't wanted to be in fetal position much today. She likes her legs stretched out as far as she can get them.
Olivia's mom has done a great job at calming her down today. You can already tell that they have a special bond.
Andrea's mom got to the hospital about an hour before visiting hours ended. Andrea was sure glad to see her!

We are absolutely thrilled to see our adorable granddaughter. Kudos to all of you. Andrea it's amazing that you did it naturally! We can hardly wait to meet Olivia in person and hold her close. We love you all!

What wonderful pictures! You were so lucky to take so many so soon after birth. What an a amazing feat for Andrea to have a natural birth- she should feel proud of herself. And what a beautiful little girl! Congratulations to both of you you will enjoy her so much!

You guys have a beautiful little girl. Lucky you, I have three boys. lol, but they are fun. Gage was natural too, not sure I would suggest it but we made it. You are amazing for doing that. I hope everything is going wonderfully. Have fun with your new little one.

Congratulations Andrea and Daniel! She is perfect! Andrea, I am so proud of you! I had my first 5 babies naturally and it can be done! We should talk! Rest whenever you have a chance, you will thank yourself later. Enjoy her and this precious time. It's the best! If you have concerns, ask questions! There are many who can help.
