Olivia is excited about the nice weather! It got up to 88 degrees today and we couldn't keep her inside. What a nice change from the cold weather earlier this week! On Thursday night, after Olivia's bath, Daniel got a craving for Crumbs Bakery cupcakes so we put a hat on her, put her in the stroller, and went for a late night walk.
Olivia can stare out the window all day long. She will follow the yellow taxis with her eyes. There is always something for her to look at on Broadway.

On Friday morning while I was at the gym, Daniel took Olivia upstairs with him in our apartment building to pick up some papers from the printer. In the elevator a nice old woman commented on how cute Daniel's baby looked. She commented on the baby's cute hat, guessed the baby's age at about 3 months and then asked Daniel, "What's his name?" His? Have you ever seen a baby boy with a big flower in his hair and pink bracelet on his wrist? Daniel politely said, "Her name is Olivia." The old woman then apologized and said the blue threw her off. :) I took a picture to see if anyone else thinks she looks like a boy.
I ended up changing Olivia's outfit to avoid any other confusion. Obviously a girl:
What a little angel! She is so good at saying her prayers.

How cute!!! :) She is soo cute!! I do not think she looks like a boy at all, no worries. And I LOVE the picture right after that, where she is smiling! She is so beautiful and really great at smiling for the camera! :) How fun. I just love her.

Grandma here! Really this time it is Elizabeth. Olivia is just beautiful. What a great blog post. I absotootinlutely love the picture of her praying. Please let her know that we pray for her all the time.
Oh she just keeps getting so big and cute! No way does she look like a boy, but I have had the same thing happen with Belle. Boys don't wear pink blankets, bracelets, bows, or anything of the sort. Silly people.
She sure looks like a girl and an adorable girl. I love the praying picture, you are teaching her well :)
Maybe blue is a "boy color", but what crazy parent would stick a flower on a boy?? That lady was obviously a lil crazy. ;) Olivia's so cute!
WHAT A DOLL!!! I had to chuckle when I read that Olivia was 9 lbs. 9 oz. at her two month appointment. Just to give you some perspective, Benson was 9 lbs. 7 oz. -- on the day of his birth. Despite the difference in size, I could totally go for a Benson-and-Olivia betrothal. :)
