Farewell Love Sac!

One of the hardest things about leaving New York was leaving our Love Sac. For those of you who don't know what a Love Sac is, let me tell you. It is a heavenly 6-foot, 90-pound bag full of soft foam that you can sit, read, sleep, and cuddle on. In fact, it was Olivia's favorite place to take naps during the day. She would sleep for hours. If I could have kept her in it at night, I would have.

Getting it to New York from Utah was quite the trick. We fit the sac into a big plastic bag, sucked all the air out with a vacuum at my dad's work, fit it into a duffle bag, and shipped it UPS to our address in New York. It barely survived the journey, but it was my security blanket to make living so far away from home more bearable.

With us moving all over the country this next year, we decided it didn't make sense to keep the Love Sac. So we looked all over and found it a good home where it will be loved and appreciated. My friend from work, Adriana, and her husband, Jose, are the proud new owners of our Love Sac. I know they will take good care of it and love it like I would.

We will miss you Love Sac!

Oh, that seriously is a bummer! Some people don't understand how stinking AWESOME love sacs are! Lucky you found it a good home.

I've got to admit that when I entered your apartment in New York it seemed pretty lonely without Her Majesty the Love Sac.
